looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Project Management & Accounting (PMA) and hands-on experience in the Real Estate / Property Development industry. Key Requirements 5+ years of experience as a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant Strong hands-on experience with Project Management & Accounting (PMA) Experience in Real Estate, Property Development, Construction, or Property Management Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, costing and financial management Experience with: Project creation and project hierarchies Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Project budgets and forecasts Project estimates and cost control Time, expense and material transactions Fixed-price and Time & Material projects Project invoicing and billing Revenue recognition WIP and project accounting Project cost and revenue profiles Project posting and financial dimensions Project procurement and purchase orders Project period-end and financial closing Good understanding of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Procurement integration with Project Accounting Experience gathering business requirements, preparing functional specifications and configuring D365 F&O Ability to conduct workshops, prepare test scenarios, support UAT and provide functional guidance to technical teams Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
